ABOUT INNOSKART CLUSTER
NETWORKING
VALUE CREATION DIGITALISATION

Innoskart Cluster was established in 2006 with the aim of encouraging small and medium-sized enterprises to innovate in the IT sector in Central Transdanubian region, strengthen their collaboration and support their appearance on foreign markets.

The cluster has outgrown its original borders both geographically and in terms of its scope of activities. Today, Innoskart has become a nationwide cluster of IT service providers (hardware and software) as well as food manufacturing and research members, but in many other fields it has outstanding achievements (vehicle trade, pharmaceuticals, machinery and trade, metalworking, paint, consulting, etc.). Organizations of Innoskart range from one-person companies to large companies in wide palette. In addition to businesses, research centres, universities and municipalities are also members in the cluster.

Innoskart has been accredited innovation cluster since 2011.

Adapting to the changing needs of Innoskart’s expansion and sectoral diversity, as well as to market changes and the needs of its members, the work in cluster management is constantly evolving, so our basic strategic directions are:

Innoskart expecially supports digitalization of members based on a management strategic decision. How?

  • presentation of sustainable business solutions
  • encouraging to introduce expandable technologies
  • internal workshops and thematic knowledge transfer
  • tender source (Connsensys, S3FOOD, etc.)

Many members of our cluster from IT sector and food industry, so currently the Innoskart’s strongest profile is supporting digitalization in food industry.

The short-term goals of the Innoskart Team are mainly aimed at strengthening cluster cohesion, which serves as a basis for realizing the long-term goals.  We have the opportunity, in the near future – thanks our expanded team of employes – cultivate personal contact with each of our members for effective feedback, needs and possibilities in favor of more precise survey.

Regular cluster meeting, continuous networking events and personalized partner search, and professional workshops, setting up thematic working group is also part of the activity of expanded networking. In addition to internal knowledge transfer and exchange of experience, these events also create a relationship of trust, which indispensable of building closer business partnership.

Furthermore, cluster marketing as business ally, seeks to gain prominent Innoskart members even greater prestige in business partnership.

The medium-term goal of cluster management is to increase membership by digitizing: company who plan to introduce digital technology, solution-providing organizations, providers, partners, pilot plant, research institutions, living labs etc.

The Innoskart Team most important long term goals is strong cross-sectoral and developing horizontal strategic alliances  by encourage cooperation in industry and estabilished close foreign and domestic relations.

The relationship of trust and cooperation in the cluster created by continuous networking activities complete with the establishment  of (cross-border) common sales and purchasing channels.  Innoskart takes on the role of coordinator and sales in this activity. This work is now under way, through building extensive network of relationships (clusters, sector leaders, living labs, etc.) partnering, study tours, exhibitions and conferences, marketing support to Western Europe.

Our dedicated Innoskart Team – the cluster management organization – employs business consultant, tender writer, economist and communications professional.

Innoskart Team accomplishes the operational and administrative tasks related to the operation of the cluster, all activities that are in the interests of the cluster, its strategic goals and support the aspirations of the cluster members.

Innoskart Team monitors the market changes, recognizes the opportunities that are opening up, identifies the changes needed to survive, and along these lines it sets out the guidelines for its operation, and then carry out its task adapted to it. In addition, it receives requests from Innoskart members and works to meet internal needs on an ongoing basis, monitors application sources relevant to the cluster, and builds relationships with domestic and foreign partners who can support member goals
